Had to cut hole through concrete to get to valve. Improvised a repair to valve instead of replacing which saved a great deal of time and effort. Hade done some prior handy man projects before this job. All done to my satisf A Cylon at a reasonable price.

Bottom line up front, I would hire them again and refer them to others as well. Professional in their services, experienced in their trade. They visited my home and identified the leech system issue, described it and what needed to be completed to correct it, recommended to also clean the septic since I had recently purchased the property and was unsure of previous services for the tank. We scheduled for them to follow up and complete the repair. They serviced the septic tank, repaired my leech system. Later, the leech system began leaking again and they came back and made some adjustments to the soil and resolved the problem again. This second repair was in August, its now late September and haven't had any further issues(the second leak was noticeable almost immediately). I'm happy with the results. No one's perfect, but they demonstrated they are willing to follow through when things don't flow as planned. The receptionist was also very friendly, even when it seemed she had a heavy work load, she maintained her composure and was always very friendly. -Again, I'd hire this outfit to perform future services at my home and recommend them to others as well!

Great, came out it freezing cold on same day I called. Service was fast and professional. Their written estimate to do other work (replace waste pipe from house to tank & add clean-out) was $1500 cheaper than local competitor. The competitor ended up price matching for me.

Was a little more costly than I hoped, but they explained everything in advance and performed the job very well. I would recommend them to my friends.

They were very prompt and professional. They answered all my questions on how the system was functioning and the condition it was in.

I advised rep. general area of the septic tank. He was unable to locate the tank. I was charged $150.00 for this lack of service. He then advised he could have his crew retrun with a camera to located the tank at a cost of $300.00 Then once located a charge of $500.00 would be required to dig out the location as the take was 3/4 feet down. Then another $225.00 to drain the septic tank. Total rip off!!!

In the beginning they were okay and did the job, but then they tried to get more money out of me. They were trying to tell me that this and that was wrong with my system and it would take about this much money to fix it. I was not happy with that and ended up using another service provider.

I called Stinky Pinky Mid South Plumbing to repair a garbage disposal that was not working. I failed to ask the price for a service call, which I expected to be pricy, but not outrageous. They sent 2 plumbers out, 1 came inside and the other stayed in the truck. The guy inside asked me to bring him my flashlight, my screwdriver, and a wooden handle. He used my tools to free up the disposal in about 2 minutes, and then said it would be $189.00 for the service call. I told him that is a ridiculous price, and he said it was because of high gas prices (they drove less than 10 miles) and to pay for two plumbers, one of which never left the truck.

I thought that i was pleased with the service provided from this company until today. First, the service people tried to sell me $1300 of plumbing replaement that I really did not need. Then today I had to call and have my septic tank pumped again because it was already full (6 months later?). I called a different company, the service person arrived, looked at my tank and was confounded. After he emptied my tank he stated that there was 3 ft of sludge in the bottom of the tank that should not have been there had it been properly emptied 6 months ago. He also stated that my plumbing is fine, I just need to buy and place some vent covers over my vents. He did not try to sell the job to me. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need, even though I asked him to look at a couple of reasons for the quick fill time. I will be recommending the second company for sure. I won't be calling Stinky Pinky again. By the way, he also brought me out to the tank and let me verify that it was completely empty.

They had a 25 dollar special going on when I called, which I wasn't aware of so the total cost was $225.00

i had water coming up in a bath tub.i called STINKY PINKY they came that day and cleaned sewer line and said a camera would have to be ran to see if it was my responsibility or the city to fix.so i called the city first to come check it. the city called me to inform me it was my problem that i would have to pay to get it fixed.i called stinky pinky back to run the camera so that we could find the broken line.they came that day.i told them the city said it was my responsibility to fix and that it was on my side of the property.i did not hear from them that day so i called him the next day and to my SUPRISE this had to be one of the most HONEST person i've met.the reason he didn't call me that day was because he was waiting for the city to responed back,because he informed them that the problem was not my responsibility but in fact theirs.MR. MARK DEERING COULD HAVE MADE ME BELIEVE IT WAS MY PROBLEM BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE CITY ,BUT WHEN IN FACT HE WENT WAY BEYOND THAT AND TRIED TO DEAL WITH THE CITY FOR ME.THERE IS NOT MANY PEOPLE LIKE THAT.MOST ARE AFTER THE BUCK. STINKY PINKY WILL BE WHO I CALL EVEN FOR MY PLUMMING
