Description of Work: REPLACED BROKEN SPRINGS ON MY GARGE DOOR. I RECIEVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BOTH THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE TECH THAT REPAIRED MY DOOR.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken torsion spring on a double-car garage door. They showed up early and replaced the spring in less than an hour. This job can be quite difficult, and the price seemed to match other comments about the cost to replace the spring. They left the garage exactly as it was when they showed up, even though they had to move a few items out of the way. Overall, very nice and efficient people.

Description of Work: The old garage door was taken out and replaced by a new one. We did expect them a week earlier but when the job was finished it looked great.

Description of Work: Originally, came to fix the garage door opener. It was 17 years old and had been hit by lightening before, and I had had the computer part replaced on one of the door openers. Mr. Smith came and tried to replace the hand held with others he had on his truck that was used. That not working he said it needed to be replaced. My questions to him where also about the door being replaced it was in good shape but sagging and needed a brace on the bottom I then asked for insullation, so it would be warmer in the garage, he suggested how that could be done, but if I was going to do that I may as well replace the doors with insullation already installed. So that is what I did, two new doors, two openers with remotes, and a keypad on the outside of door. Handled within a week and professionally done not personally by him but his employee.
