Description of Work: having never had a fire before I did know what to expect and they took advantage of that. Further when it was all over (two years later) we did not get all of possession's back. Since it was a 3400 sq ft house it took quiet all while to realize this. Still remembering things that never came back!

Description of Work: Waterproofed masonry walls. Found areas that required redoing. They came out to review the areas and returned that Monday and re-waterproofed the whole thing. They were very professional and courteous. I am a senior and very much appreciated their attitudes and professionalism.

It was great! I spoke to the owner of the franchise, Mathew Duncan and he was so professional and warm that I soon lost all anxiety about the process. He came out with his team a couple of days later and answered all questions I had and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Every person who walked through my door who was involved in the mold remediation, was competent, professional, efficient and went above and beyond what was expected. They walked me through every step and I knew exactly what to expect during each phase of the operation. After they left I noticed that they had even fixed a door handle that was loose that had nothing to do with the mold problem. I really got the feeling that I was in better shape after the whole process that I was even before I had the mold problem. I LOVE these guys!!
Description of Work: I discovered mold growing in my basement. They came out, tested surfaces for types of mold and did an air quality aseesement for airborne spores. After the test results came back a few days later, they removed all the drywall, door frames, and part of the bottom step of the stairs leading to the basement that had the mold growing on it. Then they sprayed with an anti mold product and then sealed everything with a anti mold sealant. The next day they came back out and tested for surface spores and air quality. The pre and post tests are official and are to be included in the house info when we sell.

The boss came out to inspect several times to make sure his employees were doing what they were supposed to. My homeowner’s insurance took care of the cost.
