Servall Termite & Pest Control

I have used this company for 30 years for pest control. They have expanded their business now to include gutters and windows. I had to call them back 5 times to correct issues such as not wrapping a window, then not wrapping the windows correctly. Out of the 7 windows 3 of them will not stay up when I open them. The top window falls down when I open the bottom one. When I called the company I was told this is normal. I have had new windows installed in the past and this is not something I have ever seen before.

They're very professional and helpful. I don't think their products are the best. Their punctuality stands out to me. Their attitude is good. If I can find a different one, I'd like to go with somebody else. I would not recommend them. They do have a call in time service where if you have a pest control issue, they come out and spray. It's frequent that we have to call. It didn't seem like the parts work that well.

I have been with this company for 7 years. Days after I listed my house for sale. I had swarmers. Servall came out. Yes I had termites and I paid to treat my property., I still had swarmers and they came out several times and said I was good no termites. I renewed a year later. upon property inspection. More swarmers. So I called again. They came out and said no termites. We noticed an uneven color in our wood floor so we called Lowes out. He said Termites. called servall, They said no. We went to our property and met Lauren. My husband pulled up a part of the wood floor. There they were. LIVE termites eating my wood floor. TWO years and then they finally treated and killed the termites. THEN Servall provided a contractor to fix the floor. Lauren told me. We made it right" If they had done it right I would not have had termites to begin with. For TWO years. We decided then we were not staying with servall. March 2014. upon renewal, they treated my house again, WE NEVER agreed to any contract.We had termites. why would be stay with them? so we were out another 95 dollars for renewal. I recently stopped my pest service with them. I still paid the 95 I did not sign for renewal!!!! We have been with this company for 7 years. Pest. gutter guards and then termite. We felt the company cared about the customers but I have learned it's all about the money. Be careful you get what you pay for. I have documents and the check they sent to us to pay for the damages. OH I was told for 195.00 I could have a damage policy. NOT to exceed 10.000 dollars!!

These guys were fantastic from beginning to end. First contact was with Scott for an estimate. Scott was punctual and very professional. He kept in constant contact with me and checked on my satisfaction. The crews were top notch. They did excellent work and cleaned up as they went. I could not be happier with Scott and the team.

They come when they said they were gonna come and if there is a problem, you can always call them and they will come back. I've been using them for seven years and I use them when I was out of the country. I had them come and do my house while my house is being rented.

I will be hiring them again for future needs.

We had them come out and do termite inspection on the house because the previous owners didn't do that properly. They were great, very fast and very friendly and now we continue to use them for pest treatment. They come out whenever we want them to come out. We paid them $1000 for the termite spray. I'm not sure about the monthly payments. They're friendly, they respond quickly and I like that the person they send out remains consistent so we get to know them. They're trustworthy and do a good job.

They spray and set bait. Both of the techs I've interacted with have been friendly and did a great job. They're very patient and personable.

The service with this company was wonderful both via the phone to set the appointment and the tech that performed the services. I would highly recommend them.

I have had no problems with their services.

A representative came out to my house to give me a free estimate. The vents, wells, cover, termite and pest control spray in house and around the house was done in a single day, I was sold on their service because Angie's List showed two locations (Clarksville and Murray) with both places having a A rating. I was very happy with the Service and interaction I had with their employees.

They have said they will go next Tuesday. We will see.

The tech showed up on time, was courteous and professional.

They seem to be pretty prompt and the answer my questions. If I want something done, they serve me.

Had seamless Gutter put on, they came out and took a few measurement and gave me a quote. I was going to get 3 but there price seemed fair to me Plus they showed up when they said they would. After we agreed on the price and the date they would come and installed them, they showed at the time and date we agreed on. The workers were professional and fast, they had them (the new gutters) made and installed in about 2 hours.

They are excellent. I've signed up with them for a quarterly service but they'll come back as many times as they need to in between the quarterly service time to redo resprays for the pest and there's never been an issue with that.

We have an annual contract for them to come out quarterly. They're very thorough and helpful. If you need them to come out between the services, they will come out right away.

They are punctual, work with your schedule, and they are good. I found a few bugs but they are all dead.

They're experts and they do well. The quality of their service is excellent.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They will come out if you need them in between services for free of charge if there is an issue. They are reliable, and they get the job done.

We’ve never had any trouble with them. When it’s getting close to that time I call to remind them. They are good at what they do.

They have been very good. They do other services. We have had them replace the doors for our crawl spaces. They did not do a good job with that. They will be returning soon to correct the issue.
