They arrived at the expected time (they were courteous and called ahead to let me know they were running a little late with another customer). They listened to my concerns, did their walk-through and routine sprays, and they provided me with a summary of services at the end. I "shopped around" for an exterminator, and this company seemed like the best deal, and they do not require you to enter a contract for regular services (you can call as needed). I am very happy and will recommend this company to others!!

It is just for my home, not your yard. I've got issues with them, I don't like them at all. They sprayed the exterior of my house. They are supposed to contact you every 3 months when you're ready for a treatment. They are supposed to set up a time and date but they do not anymore. They come and spray whenever they feel like it, leave a flag in my yard and send a bill. When they used to call me they were very professional and friendly. I don't know what's happened but they are terrible now, terrible. The bugs aren't even gone. I've been with them for almost 2 years. They went 6 months without calling and then all of the sudden flags showed up in my yard. I was just about to call another company. I've called and tried to get ahold of my guy and never get a call back.
