We had originally called another provider we'd done business with in the past, but apparently he has sold his company to a larger organization that was not remotely interested in returning our phone calls. After nine days of waiting for the repair guy to return (he said he had the wrong part), I found R and R on the recommendation of a friend. Chuck, the owner of R and R, called me right back and was out the next day. My garage door was fixed in half an hour.
Description of Work: We had a garage door with a broken spring. Chuck fixed it quickly and it's working great.
