This is the 3rd home we have bought and based on our previous experiences buying/selling in other states with other real estate agents we FINALLY found out what a true professional is! We were extremely happy with the service we received and wished we could have had his experience, expertise, and guidance during our previous home buying endeavors.
Description of Work: Wonderful home buying experience thanks to Richard!!! He knows the community and the areas surrounding Clarksville and made us feel welcome in our new area. He worked with us for a few months looking for the perfect home after spouse retired from the military and always answered our questions in a timely manner. There was no pressure from Richard to settle on a house that did not meet our needs. We are looking for additional land to purchase in the future and he is keeping an eye out and periodically lets us know if something is available that might fit our needs. His excellent customer service has not stopped just because we bought our home.
