Description of Work: They were very professional and polite. They did what they said they would do. They even left a fan to help dry carpet in the bedroom without a ceiling fan. I was very pleased of the end results. :)

Description of Work: This is a small business owned by an individual here in Clarksville. He and a helper arrived exactly on time and were very professional and very nice. My carpets were vacuumed, cleaned and deoderized, and raked. They are absolutely clean and smell great. Although 180 is a little more than I am used to paying; I think we all need to consider that gas has gone up to around 3.50 to 4.00 a gallon. It took almost 3 hours to clean my house; it's large so I can't complain about the price. It was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. The carpets were finished by 6:30 and completely dry the next morning. They guys were very careful and cleaned everywhere they could get to. I moved smaller items before they arrived as I don't think it is their job to move my ottoman. I will absolutely be using them again. The customer service and quality are excellent.
