Description of Work: As a potential buyer of a 40 year old home, I asked Nelson Roofing for an opinion for a roof sagging issue. I needed a professional opinion for the Seller. He was unable to assist because in actuality I needed a framer. Mr. Nelson was very nice, professional and honest. He was able me the correct answer for fixing the problem. But it was not a roofing issue; it was a framing/structural problem.
