Work was done quickly and efficiently

This company is first very professional and totally dependable. Within 24hrs of calling they were on site and completed the repair the next day. They communicated every detail while making the repairs. I recommend this company for all of your home repair needs.

Within 24hrs after a storm they were on site with an estimate. Within 48hrs the 90 foot tree wasn't on the roof anymore and within five days of the storm all damage to the soffit, facia, gutter, sheeting, and shingles was repaired. All fixed just before the next round of weather rolled in. Even the insurance adjuster commented what a great job they did.

The repair was supposed to be done on Sunday. I had to call to find out it wasnà ¢à  à  t going to be done until Monday. I specifically requested several times that I would be notified when it was going to be done. I wanted to be at home when it was being done. They said it was in the afternoon and they let would call. I texted and then had to call at noon on Monday. I found out that it was already done. She said à ¢à  à  I donà ¢à  à  t see what the problem is, your roof looks greatà ¢à  à  . She was pretty sarcastic. I have never had a contractor not notify me when they were headed towards my house. I did wait all day on Sunday. The customer service is not good, the communication is not good. I would not do business with them again.

I contacted them after I had roof damage and after only a few hours of reaching out to them, they were at my house to start on repairs! Alicia and her team are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am especially grateful for them as they were able to help me get my roof repaired before a bad storm came through. They were able to help me when no one else would come out due to the weather. They were able to repair the roof, a fence that was damaged by a fallen tree as well as install a new gutter the day after I reached out to them. Very fair pricing for the amazing quality of work. I highly recommend this wonderful business!
