He was a nice person but he never got back to me with a final quote. He had called and came by to see the work. He was very professional. He said that he would have to go to the local supply house to get a quote because he needed a casing for the window. He drove off in his truck and I've never heard from him again.

Since I had old windows that leaked and a chance to save some money replacing them, I called for estimates from 5 different contractors. I chose Jesse Burney because he was the actual person who would be doing the work, and his price was fair. He gave accurate timelines of the entire project, and promply called once they came in to schedule the work, correctly estimating the time it would take to install. Jesse and his son showed up promptly on schedule, went straight to work removing the old windows and replacing them. The next two days they showed up on time and finished the aluminum cladding. They were neat and clean, and courteous. Where he found rotted wood, he simply replaced without charging, and told me about the little spots that I needed to watch out for. At the end of the job, he provided me with all of the documentation and cleaned the work site. My home now looks 100% better and the noise level has dropped. I look forward to winter now to see what the actual energy savings will be.
