+ -1 moreSloppy, inconsistent, selectively responsive, passively rude, and generally unprofessional at property management. As a rental property owner, I would never go with them again. I don’t know how often inspections occurred (not frequent enough), and they failed to discover or alert me to most areas of concern. The *best* I can say is that I had a mixed experience with Huneycutt over the years. I did not change management companies earlier because most of their industry in Clarksville was pretty miserable when I looked. I hope the newer property management companies in Clarksville are better, because you should go with one of them and NOT consider Huneycutt under any circumstances.
