Description of Work: Mr. or Mrs. McClain call quarterly to set up an appointment for quarterly service. He is always punctual and the service is excellent. I would recommend this company.

+ -1 moreHe comes every three months. The fee is $30 every three months. He does a good job and if we have any problems he comes back. We don't have to sign a contract. He is a real trustworthy guy and I like his service.
