Description of Work: The provider helped me in an important framing project.

Description of Work: We needed some opaque wall decorations. We found some that looked opaque, and appeared to be on sale. The girl who checked us out insisted that the item was full price ($20.99). After finding out the stickers were transparent, we returned to the store. We didnt have the receipt, and the staff informed us it would be in store credit. When he quoted the price he said $ 10.49 would be refunded. When we questioned the price, the attendant became defensive and the manager came over. The manager was also abrupt and defensive. The item we purchased HAD been on sale, and because the sale was recent, the unfriendly staff made us feel unwelcome as they said, "We don't refund full price for anything that has been on sale in the last 30 days." I understand a store policy, but not rude service (during return attempt), nor do I agree with charging full price when an item is on sale. They were also wholly unconcerned with the product's misrepresentation.
