Hers and His Plumbing

The representative arrived promptly and was exceptionally courteous. He was in our home for less than 30 minutes with the replacement completed neatly and efficiently.

He refused to climb under the house to see fix water leak that was coming from a damaged copper pipe. He called American Home Shield and said it was coming from an outdoor water faucet that had frozen over the winter - which was not covered by our contract. We still had to pay the $75 service charge. My disabled husband climbed under the house and fixed cooper pipe.

Warranty work was needed, my toilet was clogged and needed them to come and unclogg it. They made their appointment four days after we called. I also called them well in advance because I needed work on my kitchen faucet, that is not covered under warranty. They gave us and estimate and left. We needd the work and wanted the work to be done however the tech. said he didn't have time. So even though I called in advance of the additional work needed. We have to schedule another day off from work to have some else come over and repair our leak. We are paying customers and I called to talk to the company extremely poor customer service! I will not use again.

On time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Fixed problem, six months less still fixed.

I used them under a home warranty. He was more than punctual; he was early. I called for one particular thing but he checked on everything that I requested in addition to what the original service call was for so he went above and beyond.

Not really applicable; I did not use these folks. I wouldn't call either company back except as a last resort but don't have any idea of the quality of their work or fairness of their pricing.

I called me warranty company in the morning and in the afternoon, I had a message from Hers and His. They offered to be at my home the next morning at 0800. The guy showed up right on time and was very polite and professional. He was in and out in a little over an hour fixing both toilets!! I was VERY pleased. There was no hidden costs and he had the parts that he needed right in his truck. AWESOME JOB!!!!
