Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

This company is amazing. I remember how friendly and precise he was on a friend's home last year. He showed up on time, was personable, efficient, and priced very competitively. This was all in November of last year... but I was so impressed, when I got new tenants in my Clarksville home last week, I tracked down this same guy! I live out of state, so I require workers with good work ethics that I can trust to do a good job when I'm not there to inspect or checkup in person. This is That Guy. He does what he says he's going to do. Hard worker. Good prices and communication!

I have used this company many times over a couple years. I love love them! Always professional. He stands by his work. Prompt and on-time. Fast and efficient work. Very hard working individual. I will continue to refer, and use this company as long as I live in the area.

Amazing job! The carpet looks brand new (and it was very dirty because of three boys and a pet). They were prompt, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling again!

I called and emailed them several times about getting prices and such and never got any response back. Very Dissapointing.

Wonderful - This has to be the best Carpet Cleaning Company I have ever saw. They were on time, very friendly and did a excellent job at my home. My Carpets and Furniture were dry in a very short time and look and smell wonderful. There is no better carpet cleaning service in this area ( and I have tried several different ones ).

This is the second time I have used this cleaning service for my carpeting. He does a phenomenal job every time. He is on time, professional and fast. The carpets are dry within an hour or 2 depending on how stained they are. He takes his time on stains to ensure they don't come back. He is very professional and puts care into his work. I will continue to use this service as long as I am in this area, and have carpeting.

called and set up an appointment for saturday oct 20. they never showed up they never called. they wouldn't answer their phone when called. i left a message and they never called me back. Worst service possible i would NEVER reccomend them to anyone

The whole expierence went great. The guy who came to do our work, was great! He was extremely nice, professional, and did a great job on the carpets.

I have 4 large dogs that had REALLY dirtied the carpet- they did an excellent job. The carpet (4 years old) looked like it was brand new when they were done.One of the couches was a cream colored linen that had really gotten dirty - it also looked like new (as did the other furniture) . They called the day before the appointment to confirm, and were right on time.I can't say enough good about them. They explained their products were eco-friendly and pet-friendly, and took the time to walk the house with me while I showed them the worst stains. (They got them all out!)

Their price was reasonable and comparable with everyone else. They were fine. I would use their services again in the future.

The guy came late but called to say he was going to be late and apologized. Other than that, everything went really well, he was fast, nice and very professional.

Even though I had to reschedule two times I was treated with kindness. They did a beautiful job and my carpets still look wonderful. They were able to get all my stains out except one. I had never had my carpets cleaned and they are eight years old. I would recommend and use this company again. They were perhaps the most professional and honest men that I have hired. Lastly, they said that if for any reason I was not pleased just to call them and they would return to make things right. I do believe that they would honor that. This is one company that you will truly be glad you called and you will love how your floors look.

I called Monday for service on Thursday and they were very accomodating! I didn't even get any sarcasim when I verified that they could come out THIS THURSDAY.... since I wasn't giving much notice. They gave an over the phone quote and stuck to the estimate on the day of the cleaning. I even asked about adding a room at the last minute and the young man was very polite and offered to do the room for only an additional $10. That was amazing. They were on time, the actual person doing the cleaning was professional, well dressed and polite. Will definitely be calling them again when we have to move next year!

I didn't get a chance to experience their work.

Overall they did great work and the only thing was their punctuality because it was not great. We paid about $80 on that work. They cleaned the carpets and had to move other smaller pieces all around and put it back and did not edge it all around the room and I was very impressed with that. I used them once before and they basically use a buffer and it dusts the carpet and it was great. They spent extra time on the areas that really needed it and everywhere else it was dry within an hour, but the areas that needed more attention did get more moisture and took over night to dry. Their responsiveness was perfect for me because I called them on Monday and they weren’t able to come out till Friday and that was exactly when I wanted them to come. They were probably late by an hour.

They did a great job. My carpets now look and smell really clean. Over the winter, our cat started spraying in one area and we could never completely get a musky odor out. The odor is now gone without even a trace of the deodorizer. I smell nothing when I walk into my house. Even the high traffic areas came out clean. Adequate time and care were used to get the job done right and the quality of work was far better than the other company that I had previously used.

They have a system that does not require hoses all around the house.
