My overall experience with the customer was that he was not exactly friendly to work with. I specifically asked him if there were any other issues or non working outlets that were not working. I asked him twice in the conversation; he replied NO. The proper way to correct the problem is to rewire the bathroom outlets all the way to the breaker panel. That will bring it up to code. I am a licensed electrician in the state of TN. I offer to do that for $1500.00 including labor and materials. he insisted on writing me a check for $1500.00Right there and then and I declined it, right there he should see that I am no dishonest and whole is a misunderstanding and he is Overreacting. I agreed to give him his $80.00 back. He is lying about my punctuality I was on time. I texted him when I was heading over and he was happy He was very unprofessional and called me at my cellphone when I was already in bed for the night. He is rather unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and unpleasant to work with and rushed to give me a negative review. He even lied about me being late just to caused me harm.
