Sean was very helpful in preparing the estimate. The work started on time as planned. Communication was very good and all questions were answered as we went through each step. The materials were of high quality using Sherwin Williams paint. Updates were given frequently. At the end of the job the house looked great. There were just a couple of items that needed to be fixed and Rich the owner was always willing to assist. I did have to clean up behind them in some spots but overall we were pleased with the passion and concern for perfection that everyone exhibited.

Communication from the organization was professional and pricing was competitive with other bids received. Communication with the actual work crew was somewhat disappointing. The stain was applied very soon after the power washing, making us wonder if the wood had sufficiently dried, and the "transparent" stain used was noticeably darker than several previous times the deck has been stained with transparent stain. However, our concerns were responded to professionally and courteously, and the overall work was satisfactory.

We met with the owner who made a careful measurement and evaluation of the house and gave us a very fair bid. In the end, we did not use Fresh Coat, due to receiving a package deal for the painting along with some necessary repairs from another source. But I have no doubt that we would have been very pleased if we had used Fresh Coat. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the professional nature of the visit and the fair price on the bid. I would definitely use them the next time I need their services.

This is my second time using Freshcoat and I could not be more pleased. It was incredibly easy to schedule my estimate and Rich was always punctual. The employees of Freshcoat are courteous and professional and they get down to business. Both jobs were completed in the estimated time-frame and I LOVE the finished product. As hiring out painting can be a bit of a splurge, we are breaking up our jobs into a few, but I will definitely be a repeat customer. The quality of service can't be beat!

I hired Fresh Coat to paint the interior of home in order to prepare it for sale. My home was over 10 years old was in need of a complete paint job. I was not in town during the service and Rich did a fantastic job updating me on the progress of the work. Rich was very professional during the process. It took approximately four to five days to complete, two days of prep work and the remaining to complete the job. Rich sent me pictures of the completed work and it was absolutely beautiful. Rich also did a touch up job after I had carpeting installed. I would highly recommend Fresh Coat of Clarksville.

Called about getting an estimate a week ago and gave the main guy my name and address and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday at 12pm. On that Tuesday at 11:30pm as I am getting to the house to meet the guy, I receive a phone call from him telling me "I was too far out and my 1800 SqFT job wasn't worth the 8 extra minute drive". He called 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up to give the estimate. Completely inconsiderate.

Provided the best quote for completing the job and the team of painters were the best. The painters were on time every morning and worked diligently throughout the day, completing our house in a very timely manner. The owner stopped by every afternoon to check on the work which I appreciated. Very happy with their work!

Owner was prompt on visit to prepare estimate. Estimate and all communication was either via e-mail or phone. Estimate was excellent and very clear and was e-mailed with photos and details of work to be done. Very professional use of electronic media. Work was completed within the agreed upon time. Workers were very polite and accommodating. Additional minor details were completed without extra charge. Stain for any future touch up was included. Cost was $2,000 below closest estimate. I would highly recommend.

Superior service! I would highly recommend Fresh Coat of Clarksville to friends. Rich and his crew are very professional and courteous. They exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job on our staircase, livingroom, and front door. They went above and beyond we could not be more pleased.

Painted, sanded and calked imperfections and holes on walls and trim. We have cathedral ceilings which had them painting on very high ladders for a lot of the job. They cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. They were able to accommodate us by coming back a couple weeks later to finish the job. We had our floors replaced and they came back to paint the base trim.

The deck was several years old and had some mold showing up on the north end , Rich's crew, Cameron and Ryan, showed up on time and after explaining just how everything that was involved , preceded to go to work quickly and enthusiastically. Once the deck was cleaned to near perfection, The wait time was needed to allow for proper drying, Unfortunately the usually dry month of October did not work with us, But once the week long rain finally decided to give us a break and allow the deck to dry. Once Rich , Cameron and myself where convinced that the sun was here to stay , the staining began, and was completed to my satisfaction. The deck turned out beautiful and I was extremely pleased, To make it short and sweet, Fresh Coat Painters is "Most Excellent", Thanks guys for a great job ,and look forward to doing more business with you

Fresh Coat of Clarksville painted the entire interior of our 2,000 sq ft house. We have cathedral ceilings in 4 of the rooms. They are extremely professional. They were on time and kept us informed on what they were doing. I kept changing my mind on the colors I selected and they were patient with that too. Two days before they were done I asked if they would paint my front door on the outside and they did so. I forgot to mention that they sent an interior decorator to my house to help me with my paint color selections for no additional charge. Her guidance and advice was invaluable. She helped me with color selection of carpet and furniture. Fresh Coat offers other services as well so I am certain we will use them in the future!

This service began with an estimate from Rich Whitaker, the owner. He was on time and conducted the estimate and I received the estimate after he completed his measurements. His estimate was chosen out of the two estimates that we received. Rich worked us into the schedule and his crew arrived on the scheduled date to begin work. The team of 3, Rich, Sean and Ben, were all hard working and all went out of their way to make sure none of the landscaping (of which there is an extensive amount) was damaged. This house had to be rolled as opposed to spray because of the stucco exterior so this was an extensive amount of work. The job was completed on time with a slight delay due to rain. The house looks exactly how we wanted it to. Very neatly and professionally done. Rich, who is the lead painter, has 30 plus years of experience and it shows! We would recommend Fresh Coat to anyone who wants it done right at a fair price.

Before starting the painting job I was dreading to choose colors for my house. However, we were able to choose colors with Sarah's help, about three weeks before the job was done. She put me very much at ease. The day the job started Rich W. and his crew: Rich B., Ben, and Shawn were here on time. The job was done in a timely manner.It was nice that Rich W. made sure the job was done to our expectations, on a daily basis.

Rich came out and did an estimate, was very detailed in his list of costs and what would be done. Work was completed by the time we wanted it done even though it did start a couple days behind schedule due to issues that were understandable. The workers were very professional and did a great job working the living room and kitchen walls. The paint in those two rooms look fantastic. The paint in the master bathroom doesn't look as good as the living room and if I had to grade it separately it would probably be in the A- to B+ area. The color we chose was very light and had to cover a very dark color so a third coat was needed which Fresh Coat did and did so at a very good price in my opinion. The wall prep for the paint and the attention to detail in the bathroom just didn't seem to be as high as the living room and kitchen and it was different workers in the different areas. Overall extremely happy with the finished product and would use again in the future.

Rich came to give an estimate after we scheduled a time at the Clarksville Home and Garden Show. We have a high vaulted ceiling in the living room. He gave two estimates as requested: one for just the two adjacent high walls, and one for the entire living room and overlooking hall on the second floor. In the estimate he included some drywall repair. We decided to have the whole area painted. He had brought sample paint colors which were helpful in getting all the details set. Rich arrived with the painting crew on time on the day we had scheduled. He showed them the area and some repair issues for the job. They covered the furniture and laid drop cloths and began to prep the walls. They were very quiet and polite. The painters did a good job of communicating with each other on which areas needed work next. Rich had even checked on where would be an appropriate area outside for the painters who smoked to take a break. After the job was complete, Rich returned to check the work with a flashlight. He made sure I was pleased with the job before the last painter left. Since the new paint was much lighter than my walls, the Super Paint had done the job of covering with two coats as planned. I also appreciated that they left paint for touch ups I might have later, and they cleaned up!

Rich, the owner, stopped by after my husband saw his sign outside another neighbor's house and asked if he could give us an estimate. We already had two other painting companies out and weren't very confident. Rich put us at ease with his professional and courteous manner and he gave us a very good price for the job! On the day of the work, they arrived right on time, set up, and got busy painting. The painters had a lot of experience and were very friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The final work was amazing. They walked through it with us and let us point out anything we wanted touched up. The only reason anything needed touched up was due to poor lighting in our dark stairwell. I believe they purchased a new light to help in these situations. We are picky and they didn't seem the least bit phased when we asked them to go over a tiny spot. I would highly recommend them and will probably hire them for more projects around our house.

Fresh Coat of Clarksville came and gave me a quote to paint my stairwell. My stairwell is very high and not easy to paint. They gave me a very good quote that was almost half the price of other companies. They arrived on time and were very respectfull. Needless to say they were very good and I am having them come back out and paint the rest of the house.
