Prompt, came early, very professional, Cole was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Brandon and Mickie were on time, very professional, explained what they had done with pictures since they had to work under the house. They did more then they were supposed to, to make it easier for us to get to the pump and valves in case of an emergency. We've used Freedom Plumbing before at our old house, as you can see we called them again. That should tell you something. You can not go wrong with Freedom Plumbing. 1st job was running a new water line from meter to house and replacing a bush. In our new house it was installing a low water pressure pump and a holding tank, they had to run a water line under the house. Our pressure is so much better. I can't wait to take a real shower tonight. Thank You Brandon and Mickie, please forgive me if I misspelled your names, didn't think to ask how to spell them.

I had a busted water line late on a Friday afternoon. I didn't have time to mess around and price check/look for value pricing. What i can tell you is they were at my house within 30 minutes or so of the call...the service call was only 60 bucks. I was 100% satisfied with the service! Could I have found a place to charge less for the repair? Possibly but as with any competitor I'm sure it wouldn't have been earth shattering difference. No complaints at all, highly recommend these guys.
