Jeff Allen, Got us scheduled quickly and service person arrived on time and was very detailed in assessing the situation and arrived at solutions quickly. He was able to get all services complete due to having professional tools and also being prepared with all of the materials needed to finish the job in one trip. I was very impressed and would only consider Jeff's company "Dryer Vent Wizard of Middle Tennessee" for these services in the future because I can't imagine how anyone else could do better.

AMAZING Jeff was punctual, responsive, professional, thorough, reasonably priced, knew his craft, and far exceeded our expectations! We asked about the need for a more expensive item and he advised us against it since we didn't need it. When we realized we needed help with the venting as it had become corroded and was completely disassembled after our attempt to fix it, we found Jeff by an online search. If you need this type of service CALL JEFF!

Went great. He said that I needed a new dryer vent cover as ours was damaged. He said that I could get one at Lowes. I said I would prefer he did it and got it all taken care of. Said just wanted to make sure I knew it would be cheaper at Lowes. Nice person.
Description of Work: Checked our dryer vent, checked the pressure of the airflow in and out of the dryer. He replaced a broken dryer vent cover on the outside of the house.

Description of Work: dryer was not drying closes properly. taking forever. another firm found nothing. this guy kept digging and digging until he discovered the exhaust hose had split apart under the house and all of the hot air was going in the crawl space. he fixed and we've had no trouble since then.

Great! Jeff was friendly, courteous, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. What more could you ask for?
Description of Work: Installed 11 feet of new dryer vent line from our dryer, through our crawl space, to the outside. Also, installed a new transition connection from our dryer to the wall. Cost included service, parts, labor, a 5-year warranty, and a lifetime membership that entitles me to free annual inspections and discounts on future services.
