I highly recommend Darrow heating & Cooling. Chad was very knowledgeable, and through with explaining the problem and gave me a clear plan for what he would do to repair the HVAC Packaged Unit. I feel Darrow is honest and trustworthy. When I called Darrow, they were on site the next day and paired the unit the same day because they had the parts needed on their truck. Prior to calling Darrow, I had a different company from my Residential Warranty company who sent a tech who said he needed to replace the compressor and blower motor. I did not feet the other company were being honest. They were going to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. Darrow has the proper testing equipment to show that the compressor and blower motor were not defective. With other testing equipment, Darrow was able to locate the problem; the single run and dual run capacitors were defective. Instead of paying $2,800 with the other dishonest company; Darrow repaired our HVAC Packaged Unit for just a few hindered dollars. I am very pleased with Darrow and will call upon then again should I have other HVAC or Electrical needs.

Chad was wonderful. He did a complete diagnostic check, located the issues, and explained it all in terms I could understand. He repaired my system and now it is working beautifully. I also loved that he called 45 minutes ahead of the appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Chad is punctual, professional, and precise. He has a great customer service oriented demeanor, Chad got right to work assessing and inspecting my HVAC unit upon arrival. Then, he educated me on the process and preventative steps I could take to preserve the life of my Unit. I was very happy with his overall service and pricing. DHC will be my go to for any HVAC need henceforth.

Very trustworthy. Saved me a lot of money on what could have been very costly. He provided a quote of replacement for consideration which was below the normal pricing from most. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Victor came out to diagnose the problem and presented a couple of options. His crew came out on a Sunday and completed the job professional and timely. They covered all areas with drop cloths and wore booties through our home. I would hire them again.

Really impressed with Scott. He fixed malfunctioning light switch in kitchen. He fixed the problem promptly, spent extra time explaining the cause and made other recommendations. Really affordable and efficient service. Great customer service.
