+ -1 moreJon came out to give me an estimate on my roof within 24 hours of my call. He found that only part of the roof needed to be replaced. He gave me an reasonable estimate and I accepted it. The installed the roof on the November 1st and I could be happier. The crew was hear when he said they would be here. They kept everything clean throughout the roofing process. After the crew finished, they made sure all the trash was picked up. I would hire them again for other projects. Thanks again Jon.

+ -1 moreEveryone did a great job. John checked in with the guys several times making sure they had the materials needed to button-up the job. We were very impressed with their communication, explanations and professionalism. Cudos!!!
Description of Work: John came out to give us a price on taking care of a leak over the back door under the porch roof. It was "raining" through! after describing what he believed was the issue (having to do with the ice shield), he detailed what needed to be done, how they would repair it, how they would restore it to a completed condition and clean up. He quoted us a price of 1,250.00 including everything. We believed this to be very fair considering the size and scope of the work needed, so in a couple of days the crew arrived. Needless to say, nothing is ever easy. The work needing to be done was far more extensive than thought originally. The entire side of the house underneath the gutter area was rotted beneath the siding; sheathing, and even the studs. We were nervous. Of course this needed to be repaired...but the cost? Everything was replaced, and replaced well for a total of 1750.00. John said he misjudged so we pretty much paid for "parts". Our thanks to John, and especially Jose and Justin for doing a great job! No more leaks! And, the side of the house is not going to fall in anytime soon!

+ -1 moreExcellent on all counts. Jon was extremely professional throughout the process. Unlike most home improvement/repair firms, Jon was quick to provide documentation and regular updates...and he actually arrived when promised and then delivered. A real breath of fresh air.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my upstairs bedroom. It was determined it was coming from my vent boot. I decided to have all my vent boots replaced. The sales representative and I went outside and counted five vents. When they came to replace the vent booths they discovered I had six vents. One was hidden behind the chimney. They replace all six vent boots but only charge me the original estimate, which was very reasonable.
