After the fence was installed on a Friday I had to wait till Monday for the gates. I was working during this time and had to leave my dogs with a relative for safekeeping since I work long hours and can't leave them in the house. The gates were installed but the latch hadn't arrived and I was told they would return today (following Friday) to finish. Also, one of my dogs was crawling under the fence and running loose. I explained this was not satisfactory and needed to reinforce the bottom of the fence. This was an issue when I initially requested their service and assumed they understood the importance of containing 2 dogs. Whoever installed my sister's fence understood the need to contain dogs because her's was installed properly. I was given aluminum stakes to put in place myself, but this was not acceptable since these would bend in a strong breeze and would definitely not contain a 90 lb dog. They never arrived and and I took a day off from work which would have been overtime. Now I'm hoping they will return tomorrow since I'm missing another day of overtime. Not happy with their response time nor their work. I never saw anyone inspect the work after completion and no one asked if I was satisfied. I don't think they really cared.
Description of Work: The company installed approximately 500 feet of metal fencing with gates for the driveway and one in the back yard. I explained my reasons for the fence which were to contain my property and 2 large dogs.
