They said instructions weren't clear. They called for different instructions and so did I. When I got some and called them back, they weren't comfortable doing the job. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get the written instructions back. I have talked with BOTH owners and now I can't reach anyone. I have someone coming out to do the work and no instructions because they wont bring them back. If you hire them, don't let then leave until the job is done.

I wasn't happy with them at all. They were here a few months back, maybe even closer to a year ago. They scheduled the appointment and messed it up and nobody came out here, then they acted like they were in a big hurry to give me an estimate.

I purchased the fixture. He put it in and he was here for longer than an hour and he still only charged me what he had quoted for an hour. He is my new go to guy. I am beyond satisfied! My husband was impressed and my husband worked electrical maintenance for a very long time.

I called Clarksville Electric to schedule to get a new electrical hook-up for our dryer we are moving downstairs. Josh called me back immediately even though it was on a Saturday and let me know that Tyler, who would be coming out, would call me soon to set up a time convenient for all of us. Tyler Maddox called and set up our appt for Tues and arrived on time, assessed what we needed and where and got the job done. It took approx 2 hrs and was very reasonably priced. I'm already making a list of all my other electrical tasks that we've been putting off because this experience was such a great one. Both gentlemen were courteous on the phone and Tyler's work was efficient, professional, knowledgable, and his time table was spot on. My husband and I both are very pleased with the result. This company also honors the military and that in and of itself is worth it's weight in gold. Thank you gentlemen, we look forward to working with you in the near future. The Moore's.

I contacted Josh for his team to come out and give us an estimate on our electric problem. Tyler came out and looked at our issue and after agreeing on price, he immediately got the work done. We needed some new electrical wiring done in our home. This is a new company to our area I highly recommend them. They were punctual , articulate with the work done which was highly difficult electrical work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They even moved some furniture and vacuumed the floor. Not to bad on the eyes either.
