+ -1 moreI like everything about them. They always follow up and they are very quick with getting me whatever I need. If I call them, they will get it done that day.
Description of Work: I use Cato's Exterminating all the time. They do the pest control at my house and they do termite letters when I have a closing. They also do all my pest and termite treatments.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, courteous and performed the services I requested. They eliminated the bug problem I was having. I don't want to admit it buy my house was a mess and they spent the time to work around my clutter. Great service overall and I would recommend them to anyone with a bug problem.
Description of Work: I was having a terrible problem with spiders and fleas. I requested termination for those two bug problems. Spiders are hard to kill because they hide in places unreachable by sprays. What they did do was rid the house of all the other bugs denying the Spiders food which made them vacate my house. The fleas disappeared immediately.

+ -1 moreThey are thorough and they do their service outside the house so I don’t have to worry about breathing fumes or some chemicals. If we have any special problems they treat for those particular problems. We are satisfied with them or else we would not have kept them for so many years. I don’t have anyone to compare their price to.

Anytime I have ever had a problem, we had like mice problems, and anytime from when he came out here and put up the traps and everything, if I call they were there immediately. He even told me, “If your husband is out town, and if you have a mouse in the trap and you don’t want to pick it up, I will come by and take care of that for you.” He is very, very nice. I only priced them with one other place, I don’t really know, it seemed reasonable to me but I can’t say that I really priced around. I do believe he gave me a military discount and especially around here, a lot of people work for the military discount. I am assuming that he is probably as competitive as anybody else around here. I did call another company and they were a little bit more expensive. I wanted local.
Description of Work: I have them out at least four times in every three months.
