Burkhart Lawn Care

We used Burkhart for about a year until just recently, when they did not show up for over a week for a scheduled mowing. When we emailed the company to find out what was going on, we were informed that they had to cancel service for our property as they had taken on too many clients and could not keep up with the work. Instead of mowing our lawn one last time and informing us of the change, we would not have found out about the cancellation unless we had emailed. We are very disappointed with their poor customer service and will obviously not be recommending them.

Billy Burkhart is the owner and is always out there with his guys, ensuring a professional job well done. we have dogs that like to leave their toys everywhere and the Burkhart crew is extremely mindful about checking for dogs before they enter the yard, and even pick up the toys so they are not destroyed. Very Professional crew.

Every time they come (monthly), they do a fantastic job. It is done quickly and efficiently, I am billed that same day so I know when they've been there (when I'm at work, for example, or out doing errands), and Billy was a pleasure to communicate with. My husband was returning from Afghanistan and my yard was in dire straits - with so much rain this spring, and in keeping the household together with no spousal help, I suddenly realized it was a mess! He came out right away and managed to fit our yard into his busy schedule. He was understanding and very professional - until we leave Clarksville, we'll always be a Burkhart Lawn Care customer!
