Hired them to replace/repair a small drain on a wall-mounted water fountain. They would only work on it if we purchased a whole brand-new fountain with their warranty. Suggested I get a local appliance repairman to fix it for $200 as they could not do it unless I bought all the extras.

This has turned. into a major project. The service has been good so far.

I had 5 dif problems and they took all my problems made it only 1 problem easy cheese game that warm felling you know your not getting the short stick.

Customer service would not give me an answer on how much it would be to snake {1} drain, but did say it would be $68 dollars to come out. The tech was great, just to clearify. So the tech gets here, looks at the drain, draining slowly and the pipe in the basement. and proceeds to tell me their "upfront" pricing of $320 to snake one drain pipe. Said no way, but thanks, its not the techs fault that the company sets their pricing so high. So Benjamen Franklin Plumbing, made $68 to tell me the drain was draining slow. They need to give "real" upfront pricing before the tech ever arrives. It would save them a trip, and the customer from setting up an appointment, and a service charge for the customer.

The reason for my rating is because the tech came and just look at the the filtration system and said he canâ t touch it because this is not BF system. The system was leaking, and weâ re having hard water problems. He suggested that we can get BF system so I can have a service call. ð
