Even though it was 5:00 on Friday evening, they arrived as promised within the hour without charging week end rates. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous guys that respected our home (covered their shoes). Explained the problem in detail, and showed us with their camera what needed to be fixed. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, in fact we are planning on remodeling the master bathroom, and will definitely use their services.

Repairman was prompt, professional, and friendly. I decided to get a new unit and duct cleaning. Again, the salesman was low pressure and helpful to answer questions. On day of installation the guys were professional, punctual, and patient warm I asked questions. These guys are great especially if you want honesty, professionalism, and low pressure.

Called them as a second opinion. They came and looked at the problem. Had it fixed within an hour at 1/4 of the price of the first company I called for a quote. Was prompt and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!
