I am meeting with Kevin next week to go over job. He was very knowledgeable on the phone and his prices seemed fair. Look forward to seeing the end product.

He was very professional, on time and worked with our tenant on an appointment. He fixed the issues, and our tenant was EXTREMELY happy. Thank you MR. BAKER.

We had looked around to find someone to tackle the list of odd jobs we needed to get done in our backyard. Kevin was the only person I heard back from in a timely manner. His estimate was right in line with the number we had in mind and another estimate we had received previously. Kevin and his team did a great job. The biggest undertaking was the overhang that we needed to have removed. They worked carefully to dismantle it and cleaned up as they went. Along with that, they fixed up the inside of our shed and made repairs to the roof as well as some electrical repairs and switching out fixtures. Whenever a question arose, Kevin or one of the men on his team would give us our options going forward and made the appropriate adjustments. They were all very pleasant to work with. Kevin estimated that the job would take two days and that's exactly how long it took. The estimate he gave us is the price we paid. It was a very smooth and easy experience working with him. I don't believe that I ever glanced outside to see anyone sitting or taking a break. Though I hope for their sake that they did at some point! They worked right through until the job was done and I absolutely intend to use them again for any repair needs to come and I will most definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their house. Be it a big or small job, they can tackle them all. (I've attached photos of the overhang removal. Luckily, the previous owners had saved the extra siding and Kevin and his team were able to seamlessly replace it so that--apart from needing some love from a power washer--you can't even tell the overhang was once there! We are more than pleased with how this removal turned out.)

I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Kevin Baker explained to me 3 various ways the project could be executed, at three different price points. His recommended solution was at the lowest price point, of which I completely agreed. Previous estimates from various vendors were over-the-top, and far beyond what really needed to be done to professionally solve the problem. I am already considering hiring Baker's Home Improvement to take care of a few other projects around my home.

He did a lot of work for my daughter's new house in addition to the fence. Installed a dishwasher. Hung doors. Fixed block work around the foundation. Put new steps on a deck. Everything was good. When he fixed things it was impressive. He was quick. When he said he was going to be there, he was there and did it all in the time frame he said. He had very reasonable prices. He's a "good old boy". I plan to use him again to redo my bathroom (remove a bathtub and put up a free-standing shower).
