Description of Work: Promised all landscaping and irrigation for $15.5k. After I had paid him $12k I could not get him to return and complete the job. Do not trust Mike Baggett. I had to pay another company $20k to come in and complete the job (as best he could) and clean up the mess. Recently had another irrigation company come out to add a irrigation zone and he said that he had been cleaning ups Mike's work for the past six months.

Beware all you lanscapers, do not work for this man. He will change the scope of work over and over and doesnt want to pay for the changes. When I finally descided to pull the plug on this job, another lanscaper came in behind me who has been in business over 20 yrs and the same thing happen to him. The same threats of not paying and the famous words "I'm going to leave bad feed back" or "I'm going to sue you" is what he also delt with. Just ask the realator that was involved when this house was purchased or the guy that put in the pool or as I said, the landscaper that came in behind me. The above people have had the same threats sue, sue, sue. With all the changes he made to this job, I'm $4,000.00 in the hole. I'm a trusting person and didn't have Pat sign any change of work orders, THAT is where I messed up. As you can see, he thinks I owe him. As for the 3rd landscaper he hired (because the 2nd one ALSO quit) he claimed to be "fixing" other jobs I had done, well, we all know how reputable companys are that talk bad about others 99% of the time. Either its not true or its the typical company trying to get on that customers side which allows them to charge more for a repair. I feel I am a very fair person. I want to give a fair price and do a good job which makes me and my customers happy. This situation has had a bad ending but I have learned a very good lesson to carry with me, ALWAYS have a change of work order signed when straying from original agreement so ALL parties have a clear understanding of what is owed.

We have used this company for our basic yard work for a year now. They mow, weed-eat, and edge our nearly 1 acre lawn in the city. We do everything else, so the work they do for us is basic. The do really good work compared to the price they charge us, $50 per visit, and we usually have them come out every 2 weeks. They are really good about keeping their schedule besides incidents of unavoidable inclement weather.
