+ -1 moreTim was extremely easy and flexible to work with. He worked with our schedule to establish a delivery time. The building arrived on time once a date was set. We were disappointed that the area of the wall over the loft was not insulated, even though we had paid a premium to have the walls and roof insulated. There is no outside handle for the garage door, which sticks when opening and closing. Otherwise, the building was as requested.
Description of Work: We ordered a 16 x 12 foot, vinyl sided, shingle roofed, garage/storage building for our back yard. We wanted it insulated, with 2 windows, a doggie door, a pedestrian door and a 9 foot garage door.
