The job was simple re-wiring , there was no extra materials involved, , they charged me for 4 hours work while it was even less than 3 hours/ the rate $125/per hr for rewiring. the technician was great guy and fixed the issue, but the job was way too costly and over- charged for $500.
Description of Work: some previous wiring needed to be rewired over the ceiling light in the living room with a three way switch.

Archer Electric was originally assigned by our home warranty to troubleshoot wiring issues (light switches that didn’t operate anything and plugs that didn’t work). They accomplished that task well, and we hired them to do a ‘wish list’ of tasks around the house including installing lights in walk in closets, upgrading outdated outlets to USB ports, and more. They understood my need to make my house function better and were very friendly and easy to work with.

Very honest and had excellent integrity. We will use them again.
Description of Work: They wired a detached garage we had built. We added extras to such as upgraded fixtures and drop lights. He had to bury a conduit to the house. We used them a second time in January to thermostat in our house.

Everything went better than planned. We saved the cost of a service call and learned what to do in the future. Do trust professional service and recommend these companies to others so they can make good choices for service.
Description of Work: Archer installed a 30 amp service for my RV last month. I provided a review of services. Monday (25 Feb) my wife informed me that there was no electric service to the outlets in the master bathroom. I used a volt meter to confirm no power to either the master bath or guest bath outlets. I called Mike (owner of Archer) to set up an appointment to try and figure out what was the problem. I told him what action I had taken. He directed me to check the GFI outlet in the garage. I did and he walked me through the reset procedure. He said houses built in the 90s tied all GFI outlets into one circuit. I would never have figured this out without his guidance. Although he did not come to the house, he knew the problem solution based on past experience. His expert knowledge saved us both time and cost. This is the kind of professional service we all desire, but very few companies provide. I would recommend Archer Electric to anyone needing repair. Thank you.

Excellent work. I would recommend Mike and his company for future electrical work.
Description of Work: I contracted Archer Electric to install a 120v 30 amp exterior electric service for my RV. Archer Electric (Michael Heilder, Owner) arrived on time to provide an estimate. He returned the following morning on time to complete the installation. Work was completed as promised. He cleaned the area of debris. He and I verified the installation was complete and that the RV had power. Excellent work, on time and onl budget as promised. Reasonable prices and quality materials. I would recommend him to anyone for domestic electrical work.
