I first called All Weather Heating and Air Conditioning in 2009 to assess my system. This was the first company I contacted and I think I lucked up when I did. The owner of the company came by, told me the situation, what needed to be repaired, and fixed it. Did not try to sell me a new system. Did not try to tell me what “I need”. Told me the problem, and we both went to the repair parts store so I could purchase the part, and he installed it. Problem solved. 2012, I called Randy again to replace my upstairs unit (because I knew it needed to be replaced). He shopped around and told me the best price for the unit I would need. Randy also extended service that would not normally be given to a customer and I thanked him. I have been in this area for many years and he is one of VERY FEW contractors I trust to call and would recommend his company to anyone.

My service from that company was excellent. I definitely would call that company again. When I decided to call companies to bid on this job All Weather was the first to call me back.

Over the weekend my air conditioner went out. I called on Monday morning and Randy (owner) answered and I made an appointment for Wednesday. I wasn't in a hurry because the weather was turning cooler. He called me back later in the day and said that he was in the area and would I like to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. I was ecstatic. Randy was very professional and worked (in the rain) to get the job done. He went out of his way to make things as painless as possible. I don't know about you but HVAC is never cheap and is usually one of the most neglected things in my house. And he did a great job of fixing what was necessary and not trying to sell me a bunch of *stuff that I didn't need. I would absolutely use this company again. Excellent service.
