Absolute Best Appliance

Technician was very responsive & professional. He called to confirm the appointment time & was very punctual. I've actually never had a service appointment go so smoothly. I will definitely hire again when the need arises & I've already spread the word about receiving such good service.

Everything went well. J. T. is the young man who came to our house. He called us to keep us appraised of his schedule, & when he left his last appointment and was on his way to our house. My husband told him what the problem was, JT listened & asked questions then looked the machine over. He found it was the drain pump that had gone bad, & he changed it right away. Then he ran a test load, & everything worked the way it should. We have run several loads of laundry since then & have not had a problem. We would use this company again if we had an appliance problem.

JT came to my house and was very professional. It was clear he wanted to do quality work without gauging me. He was able to determine what was wrong with my washer and fix it for a great price. I will call this company to repair all my appliances.

Came out to address Fisher and Paykel washing machine that wouldn't drain. It was a different issue than before, but regardless didn't charge me for the part OR the visit and just charged me a flat $50. Extremely professional and prompt and they have earned my business for as long as we live in the Clarksville area!!! Highly recommend. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Excellent. They came out upon our initial request to look at the washer. They had to order a part, and as soon as it came in, the called and set up a time to install. The repair man was here for less than 5 minutes, and my washer is working great!

On the 5th of November, we called to have our dryer serviced and was told they could come the next day. JT, the young man that performed the service, called in advance and let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he walked my husband through all the various steps of his diagnosis. While unable to find a problem, he contacted an engineer for further assistance. They determined that it was burned out wires from the electrical cord. JT was polite, professional and clean in appearance. He even took the time to introduce himself to our dog. We were very please with the service and would definitely use them again in the future. We would also recommend them to others.

Repairman did call me in advance and came within the time frame he said he would. He spent about 10 minutes total and just charged for a service call . The ice maker was frozen and wouldn't allow ice to be made. After he left. It made a few cubes and then froze up again. He had already left and so I had to call him back . He did come out the next day and fix it.

TJ from ABA came over to check on my 4 year old LG dryer that appeared to have lost it's heating ability. The first time he came, I was not able to be there, nor be on the phone with him. He went through the different circuits of the dryer and began checking the voltage of the wiring after he could find no issues with the dryer itself. Apparently, the 220 plug wasn't putting out the juice. My 14 year old son was there, and TJ spoke with my wife on the phone and described the issue to her. He also took the time to draw out a diagram for me so I'd have a clue as to what it was I was dealing with once I was able to get back home from my trip. After calling an electrician, (see my review of Yarbrough Electric), I found that the electrical was testing perfectly. I called ABA back and told them the issue to which they got me another appointment set for the next day. TJ came back out and began checking everything once again, explaining everything he did, and was currently doing. After exhausting every possible issue it could be, he determined it could not possibly be the dryer and began checking the electrical at the outlet, as well as the dryer connection. Again, no issue. Wellll we turned the dryer on and it was indeed now heating. TJ refused payment, and continually apologized for any issues and wished he could be of more assistance. This company is outstanding and truly want to find the problem. I will call them again in the future if I have any issues with any of my appliances. I know it somewhat appears as if there wasn't an actual service provided however, it's their professionalism, unwillingness to take a payment, and willingness to make a wrong right that will ensure I call this company again with any issues.

I thoght he fixed the problem. I used my washer the day after and noticed water was still leaking. Another Tech was sent and found out the part was put on wrong. So, anotner part will be ordered and I want get it until 10 days from now.

LOWES service contract sent Absolute Best Appliance to fix the washer on the 14 of December. Lowes called on the 21st of December to see if the washer was fixed seeing that the parts where deleivered on the 17th of Decemeber to Absolute Best Appliance. I called Absolute on the 21st to confirm that the parts where delivered and the co-owner stated that all the parts have not been delivered. Roughly a hour later I received a call from the co-owner stating that all the parts where delivered and to schedule a appointment for the week of the 27th. I express my dissatisfaction with having to wait until the week of the 27th when they have had the part since the 17th but never called to schedule a appointment, the owner called shortly after to say he will not repair my washer. On the 23rd a seperate company (Aand E) arrived to diagnosis and repair the washer. After Absolute Best Appliance said it needed a motor and circuit board they diagnosed it as just a curcuit board and fixed it on the spot. They said that the motor was fine. When they left washer was working as the day we bought it. I would like to thank the owner of Absolute Best Appliance for refusing to repair my washer even after the parts where delivered to Absolute. I was able to get my washer fixed faster and a proper diagnosis completed by true professionals, upmost respect for the way Aand E responded and corrected the issues. I believe the warrenty company is also happy, they didn't get charged for unneeded parts.

Of course the fridge died on Friday night, called the service Saturday and they made the appointment for Monday. Tech was professional, courteous and clean. Moved the fridge himself, which was nice. Tech immediately knew what the issue was, but still checked 3 different possibilities before saying for sure it was the problem. No pressure to fix it as opposed to buying a new one (7-year-old fridge). Gave us an estimate before doing any work, and waited patiently for me to call the homeowners to okay the cost. Company called me the next day to make sure the repair solved the problem, which was appreciated. Would definitely use this company again for repairs.

They said if the problem occurred again within 30 days they would come back for free. I would just have to pay for the part. I was very pleased. They were very responsive. They came out the same day I called them.

I called for a consultation regarding my refrigerator-- the water and ice both had a very bad taste. I called on Friday afternoon, left a message, and I was called back a couple of hours later by the office staff. I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday. The service technician that arrived was very polite and professional. He looked both inside and outside of my refrigerator. He even pulled it out from the wall and examined the tubing on the backside, and tasted the bad-tasting water. His inspection was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem as coming from the outside water source rather than the refrigerator itself. He suggested that I get a water filter that could be installed on the refrigerator to resolve the problem. He then promptly phoned a supplier to check availability and cost (I did not even have to ask). He then gave me an estimate for having the filter installed-- it was a very reasonable price, with the bulk of the expense going to the parts themselves. However, I was most impressed when he told me that my husband and I could also install the filter ourselves if we wanted to. We just needed to buy it from a hardware store. He even said that we could call and ask him questions as we were installing it. I have never come across a repair person who encouraged me to fix something myself rather than pay him or her to do it for me. The service technician left me with the estimate for the water filter installation and simply asked that I call within 30 days if I wanted him to do it for us. I was very impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and honesty.

Over the years, we used Absolute Best Appliance to repair our Amana refrigerator and our Jenn-Aire range. ABA is very professional and prompt. The quality of their work is top-notch. Whatever needs repairing is fixed right the first time; never had to make a second trip for the same problem, unless replacement part(s) had to be special ordered. The estimated price to repair the appliance is the price you pay; we've never had to pay a penny more than the estimated quote.
