Description of Work: I contacted Andy based off the reviews here. He called back and showed up as scheduled to check out my fridge water issue. Once he determined what he believed was the issue he made a call to order the part, but was having some issues getting the parts place to understand what he was needing. He said he was going by there and would call me back. After three days I called back and left a message asking what was going on with the part or if I needed to find someone else. A day later I was contacted and advised the part was over $200 and he wasn't sure I wanted to go that expensive. I told him I would talk to my wife, and called three times over two more days only to be sent to a full voicemail box. I ended up ordering the part and installing it myself.

Description of Work: Evaluated leaking dishwasher. Gave excellent description of problem and based on price of parts and labor with >10yr old appliance decision made to purchase new dishwasher. Very pleased with service

Description of Work: The provider arrived when he said he would and was very friendly while he fixed my washing machine's clutch. He even had the part that needed replacing with him in his truck so everything was repaired as quickly as possible. While here he chatted with me and offered expert advice on washers and dryers. I'm very glad I called him, and would definitely use him again if something else breaks. Highly recommend!!!
