The weather was extremely hot and we were miserable. They came to our rescue either the same day or the day after our call. Their price was very completative and their service was excellent. We are still very happy with our heat pump. The date and price is listed from memory and is only an estimate.

We switched from another company to Home Services Heating and Air Conditioning because we liked Home Services the best. The price was also better. I think what you get for their prices are very good. Their service is good. Our heat pump went out and they were able to come out very quickly. There were some complications, not on their fault, but the way things are set up here. They took care of that. They did have to come back the next day, but it wasn't their fault. Their price was better. My husband had made a couple of calls to get prices on the same unit we bought, which was a Trane and Home Services had the better prices. We were pleased with the service we got. They really got it done right away and it was very hot at the time. We were melting. It was during a hot spell here and they got right on it.
