Description of Work: They were going to come to the house to bid the job. They couldn't set a time but said they would call me before they came. They never called. I had given a cell number....so I would have seen if they had called. They didn't. I figured that if they couldn't get there for the bid...they probably wouldn't get there for the job.

Description of Work: Ed's professionalism and plumbing expertise are exceeding only by his pleasant and gentlemanly personality. Ed is very respectful of both people and property, the property having been taken care of so well that one cannot even tell where the sewer line ditch was. He took pains to backfill the ditch properly, even to the point that there has been no settlement of soil that required any fill work by me. He took equally great pains to ensure the sewer pipe was installed correctly and in a timely manner, even working later in the evening than planned to make sure we could use the sewer line that night. This was after having to deal with unexpected difficulties that popped up due to underground power lines having been marked incorrectly by another company. Ed maintained an even keel and adjusted accordingly. His helper, too, was a fine fellow who worked as hard and as long as Ed. I'd welcome them both back to my home anytime.

Description of Work: The water pressure regulator at my house had gone bad. Ed diagnosed the problem right away, showed me the reading on his pressure gauge and replaced the regulator, all within about 30 - 40 minutes. Ed was not only professional and capable, he was a nice person, as well. He was punctual in arriving and was reasonable on his price. I will definitely use Ed in the future and recommend him to friends and neighbors without reservation.

Description of Work: installed a water line to a new refrigerator ice maker.

Description of Work: Replaced 50 gallon natural gas water heater and installed circulation pump and associated equipment. Installed bladder tank to bring hot water system up to code. Replaced & repaired Kohler shower faucet. I needed an electrical service installed in the closet and Ed used Living Water Electrical(Angie's List) for this and they did an excellent job also. I would recommend both of these contractors and I will use both of them in the future.

Description of Work: Kitchen Stainless Double Sink - replaced drain, added new faucet, worked on plumbing to stop leak. Sink and faucet less than four years old but plumbing was a problem after year two - used another plumber.

Description of Work: Installed new faucets in both bathrooms and fixed tub spigot. It went very well.

Description of Work: Installed P-trap in washing machine drain line underneath the house. The installation went very well.

Description of Work: Ed's Plumbing was my first contact to resolve a problem of an exterior water leak generating high water bills. Ed promptly returned my call of July 24,2012 and advised he was tied up til Monday,July 30 but suggested Steve Hunley of All Seasons Plumbing to handle the job. Steve called at 5:08pm Tuesday to say he would come by to assess the problem on Wednesday,July 25 about lunchtime. Ultimately,All Seasons plumbing handled the job but I wanted to compliment Ed for his continuing follow-up .Need a plumber? Call Ed or Steve.

Description of Work: .We called Ed's plumbing about two and a half weeks ago. We called and he said he was booked up and would call us back. I did not hear from him. I called back and left a message and have not heard from him. I called his cell phone and home number and left a number, but have not heard from him.
