VOHCARR Construction, LLC. Whether it's a roof replacement or a repair, all work is performed by our own in-house crew which have received training to do the job right. All work performed is supervised by the owner, Hugh Victor Overcash, III which has 28 years experience in roof applications. Fully insured, bonded, licensed and highly educated.
