Stephen Amato

Stephen does a great job on all his work. He stayed with the home during the entire process, as he does most of the work himself. At the time this was the only home he was building so he could supervise all the work. He is a perfectionist and always communicated well with us. He wanted us to be aware of any issues and he was a fast thinker and good problem solver. After we closed on the home he would call to check on things, and if any issues did come up he was over immediately. It was a real pleasure working with Stephen and if we ever build again he will be my builder. I think the only thing he didn't do well was the yard, which he will tell you that it is not his forte. And he does not include any landscaping, but I consider this a minor thing and would never hesitate to recommend him. He pays attention to the little details as well as the big, he is honest and trustworthy, he has a very creative mind, and is a quick problem solver. He is also a tireless worker, I would guess that 60+ hours per week are the norm for him without any days off. I don't know how he could work so hard and still have a smile on his face, he seemed to thrive on hard work. We feel grateful to have a home built by Stephen.
