I first called around lunch time. David came out later that afternoon and diagnosed my problem and gave me options for completing the repair. He just gave me the information and didn't pressure me into choosing the most expensive option (even though that's what we ultimately picked). The next day he came back with the necessary parts and completed my repair. He was friendly and punctual. We will definitely use him again if we have future problems.

David was very prompt and respectful. He came on the same day I called. He said they were really busy but he still managed to pencil me in. He had great knowledge and understanding of my situation.

Called got a voice mail, said to leave a message. I was in a hurry and did not leave a name or phone #, but David called me back in less than 2 minutes from caller id. WOW..!! that what I call service.!! You just don't find that anymore. I called late in the afternoon, explained to David what I needed and he said he would have to fit me in. Said he was on the way to a job and would called me after he finished there to let me know about what time he would be able to fit me in. Not only did he fit me in, he came from the job he just finished and got me on his way to the other job he was going to from there. It just so happened that he had to go very close to my house on his way to his next job, so he stopped and did my job, first. From start to finish, from the time I called to the time the work was complete was just over an hour. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Granted this will not always happen, but it did today!! I have a happy renter and I now know who will be my Heating and A/C repair company for my own needs and my rental properties!! If you have heating and A/C needs, this is the company to call.Lane

David's initial response to my inquiry was fast, and he visited same-day to diagnose and recommend a replacement unit. Originally, he had planned on a Saturday installation (he diagnosed the unit on a Wednesday), but there were some shipping delays on the Ameristar unit that delayed that an additional two weeks. Eventually, David had to drive to Knoxville to pick up the unit, since Ameristar has limited deliveries to the Tri-Cities, and will only ship when multiple units are needed (what David told me). From the beginning, David gave me two brand choices, and recommended the Ameristar unit, in part, because they weren't warehoused, and arrived in better condition. Even during the delivery delays, David was communicative throughout, touching base every three or four days to update me on the status and apologize for the wait. One the unit arrived, David and his crew arrived early on the scheduled installation day, were professional, and did a good job with installation. It was a very busy day for our family and I left them alone at my home for several hours during the installation (I trusted them). Setting aside the two week wait for a unit (perhaps not his fault), my only complaint is that some of his crew smoked, on their lunch break, on our front porch. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but since our AC was out, we had the front windows open, with fans blowing in/out of our front windows, meaning that their cigarette smoke blew directly into our house. We were gone at the time that this happened, and came home to a very smokey smelling lower level. Overall, I'd recommend them. Their price was competitive. Communication was good. Only minor complaints.

It turned out pretty good. They came out and did a couple of quickie things for me. I was satisfied. It was the first time I used them.

I hired Little's through purchasing their Big Deal for an HVAC inspection. When he arrived he ended up doing the vent work that we discussed, which was an additional cost. He never actually did the inspection of the HVAC unit, never even looked at it, which was very disappointing. He seemed more interested in soliciting more work instead of doing the job purchased.

They were very prompt, didn't try to get us to get things done we didn't need. Even gave us some tips. Very nice and professional.

It went fine. He put some kind of device on my heat pump that measures how much freon. I also did a follow up installation with them. They installed my propane heater. I was very pleased with the service.

David performed a full inspection on my Gibson HVAC unit (approximately 8 years old). We just moved to our new house and I had concerns regarding this particular brand. It's a low grade contractor unit that I had problems with at my previous house. David informed me of the current condition that the unit is in as he looked over it thoroughly. He also answered some basic questions to my complete satisfaction. After he inspected the outdoor unit, he went into the crawl space to review the indoor unit. He noticed a few issues with it including the wiring to the breaker had been altered and also an issue with a small leak around the coils. None of the issues found appeared to need urgent attention. We talked about repair/replace options and the costs that would be associated with it. David's recommendation was to stick with the current unit as long as I can and then be prepared to replace with a better manufacturer. I will definitely be contacting David again for any HVAC issues that I may have in the future.

Little's responded quickly to my service request. In fact, they were willing to do the work sooner then requested but my schedule didn't allow that. Mr. Little showed up on time and quickly finished the repairs. He was polite and informative. I would gladly hire Little's again.

He completed the HVAC Inspection and gave us detailed information on care and maintenance of the HVAC system. He also fixed a broken tube attached to a pump that pumps out the condensed air from the Air Conditioning Unit. He gave us advice on a future remodeling project and advised us of the age of the unit (15 years old). We will use him again; he was professional and was helpful in advice for our future HVAC project.

They came same day and stated probable cause. Following day, they did a leak test to the unit, indoors and out. They came next morning and installed a new coil. They met all promises, implied and otherwise. David Little, his father, and a helper were friendly and personable. We put their card on the A/C unit and will call them again if needed.

We called them and they came out and took care of it. They were good. The gentleman was polite and he came on time. He fixed it right away and explained the situation to me. He showed me exactly what the problem was. It was good and I didn’t notice anything particular but I was pleased with the overall experience. I don’t have anything to compare the price to.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. As a single woman, I was a little nervous about having strangers at my home but after they arrived I was immediately comfortable. They are punctual, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I am planning to have them back to install an outdoor outlet on my carport. I cannot give enough praise and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician!

We were pleased that Mr. Little worked us in on a Saturday. We had a guest coming to use the house and could not afford to have it without air conditioning. Mr. Little told us that he wouldn't quit working that day until the last customer was served. That's exactly how it went for us. The work was performed quickly and professionally. I watched the work being done and was impressed at how methodical and efficiently the work was done. I will be glad to have Mr. Little back again when I need him.

They were great! They were there a few minutes early and already checking out the system, which was wonderful. They showed us how to clean the coils to keep the unit in good working order. Everything was good, nothing needed repair. They did point out a coil that was beginning to rust and advised us to keep an eye on it. They were fair and honest and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to others and would call them again!!

Pleasant Great worker We had to have trench dug for electricity for our out building. Trench was dug wires buried they covered up trench Did wiring inside & outside all in 30 degree rain/snowy day Would recommend them to anyone needed job done.

Our pool heater needs a gas valve. They were prompt and very nice. Promised to call us back with results of looking for another valve. Called today to let us know that the valve was no longer available and one that might or might not fit would cost $79 to $235. We both agreed to not fix it - not worth spending the money.
