The quality of the system installation is good. It is a small company. It is like two or three guys. I would recommend them. They are reliable, efficient, and do good work.

I got seven estimates before I decided to go with Lamb's Heat and Air. There were so many different units and companies to choose from. I found that Lamb's Heat and Air was very willing to answerer the multitude of questions me and my husband had about the unit we wanted to purchase so that we could make a more informed decision. Once we decided to purchase the TRANE unit there was a small miscommunication to begin with over when I wanted a call back to schedule installation. But miscommunications can happen very easily. Once the date for installation was set everything went very well. The 2 gentlemen that did the installation were very professional and personable. They answered any questions I had and were done with the installation long before I would have anticipated them to be (very efficient). The inside replacement was seam less, it looked like the new unit had always been there. The areas they worked in both inside and out were spotless when they left, which is very important since I have children playing in the yard and basement. I am very pleased that I choose Lamb's Heat and Air to do the job and I look forward to the future visits that will keep my TRANE running smoothly for years to come.

He arrived earlier than he had anticipated. He was very courteous and professional. He needed another part and had to go to pick it up but was back within a reasonable time and had my air conditioner up and running in a timely manner.

They were excellent. Everything went great. We thought they did a good job. They were here when they said they were going to be and did the job quickly. It was done on time.
