Description of Work: Set appointment to see our home, Mr. Young showed up, went through house quickly, did not take any notes or ask many questions. Promised a written quote with references and insurance certificate next day. 3-4 days later I called them and was told they decided not to quote us. No explanation given.

Continually no showed, no calls. When finally showed up they were late. Demanded full payment before job was even started. Rude, Unprofessional, hung up phone. Wouldn't use or recommend.

This gentleman has his date incorrect for cleaning! We cleaned for him a year ago. He complained about a hair in the bath! and crumbs on the kitchen countertop only! He was not there. We cleaned an empty house and a neighbor opened and closed the house for us. Staff returned to put things right! He refused to let the staff into the house and refused to pay! I returned his check in good faith. A lesson learnt!

Two ladies spent the entire day cleaning floors, dusting interior trim, cleaning kitchen and both bathrooms, and washed windows. One of the two ladies cleans our house every other week on a Thursday. If she will be late or needs to reschedule, she always calls in advanced.
Description of Work: First did a total house cleaning after we moved into the house and now she cleans the house every other weak.

Description of Work: I was pleased that they actually answered my call, when i dialed the number. I had contacted several other services, only to get an answering machine. They were very nice. The owner and her husband came to my house the very next day to give me an estimate. They showed up promptly on the next day, with 2 other ladies, to clean my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Service included vaccuum floors, cleaned cabinets, appliances, interior windows, ceiling fans, bathrooms. I thought they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.
