Everything went great. Eric's quote was by far the most reasonable price I received after talking to several contractors. He kept me in the loop about schedule, and even started a little earlier than expected. The whole job only took a couple of days but he and the other guy he had working with him were both friendly and professional. Our neighborhood HOA requires us to have and maintain a white 4 board farm fence around the perimeter of our property which is about 2 acres. During this time, many of my neighbors were repairing/replacing/painting the fences and I spoke to several different contractors. I have since found out that some people paid more than double what I was charged on a per foot basis for the same jobs. Now... I don't have a masters degree in fences… Only my simple Google degree, but I think several of my neighbors were taken advantage of for basically the same work. It's a shame that some contractors see a beautiful neighborhood with large homes and immediately inflate their prices. I did not get that feeling from Eric at all. He was professional and did what we agreed to, on time. I'll definitely call him again in the future.
