Description of Work: I had a leak on my new roof in my garage. I called 3 companies and paid 2 of them and neither were able to fix the leak. This company came out and was able to fix it the first time!

THIS CUSTOMER HAS POSTED A BAD REVIEW ABOUT US ON EVERY WEB PAGE HE CAN FIND. HE IS ONLY TELLING ONE VERY DISTORTED SIDE OF THE STORY. HE CLAIMS THE SHINGLES INSTALLED ON HIS ROOF ARE TOO HEAVY CAUSING DAMAGE TO HIS DRYWALL. HE HAS FAILED TO MENTION THAT IT WAS HIS OWN BAD DRYWALL WORK THAT IS CAUSING THE CRACKS. HE HAS ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT HE TOLD US WE WERE NOT ALLOWED BACK ON TO HIS PROPERTY TO FIX ANY DISCREPANCIES HE HAD. THE MEMBER COMPLAINS ABOUT PAYING TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE ROOF. HE WAS PAID BY HIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO REPLACE THE ROOF & GUTTERS. HE HAS NOT REPLACED HIS GUTTERS AND WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED DIME ONE FROM HIM. ISN'T THAT INSURANCE FRAUD? WE HAVE A LIEN ON HIS PROPERTY AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SUING HIM. THIS VERY MATTER WAS BROUGHT BEFORE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (WHICH WE HAVE BEEN A GOOD STANDING MEMBER SINCE 2003), AND THE CASE WAS DISMISSED. OUR COMPANY INSTALLED OVER 180 NEW SHINGLE ROOFS LAST YEAR AND WE STAND BY OUR WORD AND OUR WORK. OLTMAN ROOFING & REPAIR, INC. HAS MANY CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING THE CITY OF MURFREESBORO, RUTHERFORD COUNTY, LAWYERS, DOCTORS AND MANY MORE THAT WILL VOUCH FOR OUR COMPANY.

Oltman Roofing was on time and worked efficiently. They did clean up after themselves. They also conducted themselves in a professional manner.
Description of Work: Oltman re-roofed the whole house. This included picking out the shingles and installation.

Oltman Roof quoted me a price for the work and completed it accordingly. It was done in the time frame stated. I was very pleased with the results and the disposal of the old roofing materials.
Description of Work: Oltman Roofing removed my old roof and installed the new one.
