Wysong Tree Service

Description of Work: Removed three dead trees and trimmed dead limbs from two others. Cleaned up everything and even split a few of the larger logs and left them for firewood. Very fast and very thorough = satisfied customer.

Description of Work: I thought it was a good deal - $199 for $400 worth of tree services. I read the fine print, and tree cutting and removal was part of the services listed in the deal. However, it is very misleading because when he showed up to give the estimate, it was way too expensive - $2200 for one tree! I think if this deal is every done again, there needs to be a disclaimer on there that no trees will be cut down for the price you pay for the deal. Essentially, it was a waste of time for me.

Description of Work: After receiving a Big Deal Coupon on Jun 18, on that date I sent a request for scheduling to the email address on the coupon. After not receiving a response, I located their web page on about Jun 21 which had a form to request service that I completed. On Jun 26, I had not been contacted by Wysong Tree service. While a phone number was given, I chose to use their offer of email/internet contact rather than phone--choosing not to engage in a cycle of call backs. The Angie's Big Deal representative was both helpful and expeditious with my refund after not being able to find another Big Deal provider for the service.
