It didn't "go". I can't testify as to the quality of work he does because I couldn't get him to do it!

Schedule was not followed due to bad weather and other unplanned obstacles. Had to prolong time before I could move into the house.

Never would answer voicemails or return phone calls even though they promised to call back at a "better" time !!!

He did a very good job. He had a backlog. Therefore, it took a bit longer to get it done. I would use this company again.

A very poor experience with this company. Wood Bros. was recommended by our neighbor where they performed very nice work. On that recommendation I contacted Todd for a review and quote. I had difficulty initially in getting Todd to return calls. I travel during the week and simply asked for him to text me a day where he could visit. We would make accommodations to meet him. I understand that at this time he had some personal family issues going on. However, he would text me telling me that he would text me the next day with when he could come. I would not hear back. This went on for weeks. I gave up but finally heard back where he did give a day to meet. I had to postpone that day but agreed on one just a day or so later. Todd did show up, met my wife and promised a written estimate the next day. We waited a week. My wife called and left a message to follow up but we have not been contacted. As you will see from my other reviews I try to provide a positive, meaningful review for our Angie's List community. In our situation, this company was not reliable in their customer service.

Todd provided a very detailed estimate, was very knowledgable and answered all questions we had. The price was reasonable and Wood Bros. came highly recommended. They started exactly on time the day we had prearranged. They had a full crew working on our wood flooring. They were very efficient and worked very hard each day. They worked with my family (have 3 small boys) to make it very easy on us to continue our day to day business with little to no inconvenience. They did an excellent job on the install and finish and communicated with me regularly to make sure we did not have questions and that we were happy with the quality. They were very helpful in picking a stain color for my steps (oak versus the new Brazilian Cherry we were installing in the rest of the house). They chose a color that matched very well. They made sure to put the finish coats on so that they would mostly dry before we got home. We love the new floors and will work with Wood Bros. again when we install more wood. To sum it up they were prompt, professional, hardworking, courteous, helpful, and considerate of the family needs. They are a great flooring contractor!

I contacted the company because I had gotten a recomendation that they do very good work. I need to have hard wood floors repaired or replaced - am trying too get good recommendations on what to do with it. The first time that I called, they took my number, said they would get back to me but did not. The second time that I called, the person that I talked with (sorry, but not good at remembering names) - as I understood it - said they would contact me in a few days when they planned to be in the area (passing through) but I didn't hear from them. The third time that I contacted them, they told me the town that I lived in ;wasn't in the range/area that they worked in (can't remember the exact comments but basically a bit far to travel). I certainly understand this. But, it would have been helpful if someone told me this on the first contact. My time is valuable as I know their time is as well - I certainly wouldn't have tried multiple times.

It was wonderful. There was nothing that I disliked, I liked everything. Their price was average.

Extremely well. On time and on budget.

Todd, the owner, visited the house to provide a quote for the floors to be refinished. The work began on the day we had agreed on. The refinishing guys, Patrick and Jason, were punctual and polite. They displayed great attention to detail while sanding and staining the floors. The finished floors look great. Job went extremely well. Todd and his staff are very knowledgeable about hardwoods. I would recommend Wood Bros to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Started Monday as promised and worked steadily through Friday. A few surprises in scope handled effectively. Professional. High quality work. Great job installing 800 square feet of prefinished engineered maple hardwood.
