Everything went well. I have used Window World before so I knew I would receive professional service. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We replaced all windows in our home over 3 years and some doors. Each year something was ordered incorrectly and took a little longer to get the correct windows to finish the job. On the 3rd year we ordered the windows in Feb. 2018 and the job was finally finished in Dec 2018. We were always treated kindly, but it was a very frustrating process with having the right windows ordered multiple times, but the wrong windows kept coming in. I really don't think we would use Window World if we had known how frustrating it would be.

The salesman was very curtious and treated us with respect. He was on time for the appointment and explained the process and price in detail. When the installers came they introduced themselves and got right to work. They put in all 16 Windows in one day. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. They removed and cleaned up all trash from the old Windows and installation of the new windows. Other than the wonderful looking windows you would never know they had been there. If I need Windows again I would definantlly buy them from Window World!

The installers were punctual and professional. They setup and got right to work. They were very friendly, one of the guys spent 10 minutes talking to my grandson about Star Wars, but never stopped working. They worked five and half hours in 95° heat and never complained. I’m very satisfied with our windows and our installers. I’ll definitely recommend Window World of Chattanooga to others.

Adam the installer was GREAT He arrived on time when he said he would was very courteous and took extra care while in our home John who was our contact at the office went the extra mile in working out unforeseen problems and Jonathan who was the job supervisor was great to work with as well I searched for 4 months to find a window company I felt comfortable with and settled on Window World of Chattanooga after seeing their product and having several others make recommendations and I am so glad that I did I love my new windows I would highly recommend Window World and I will not hesitate to use them again They made sure I was happy with the Job. They are TOP NOTCH at customer satisfaction Buying windows can be a very confusing thing with so many different types and companies out there but I am happy that I made the right choice with this one I have 12 more windows to replace and will only make one call this time to get them done it Window World of Chattanooga

Weather held us up, understandably, but it went well.

The estimate was made and one window was put in without the grids. So they had to reorder the one pane to correct it. Then another pane the grids were off centered. So they came back and replaced the faulty grid.

Entire process was fantastic from the original estimate to the installation. George our service guy was great and installers did great job. I would highly recommend.

From showing up for the estimate, through installation to final billing, they were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were better than a local competitor by a couple thousand dollars. We are very happy with the final product. The windows and doors look great. I was concerned about the interior of the house and they were very careful on the install and everything looks great.

We initially called Window World for a quote two months ago. The salesman who came was a very professional guy. We went over the window options, made our choice, and put in the order. It took about two months for the windows to come in and for them to have an availability for the work. They called to schedule the order. The guys who arrived at our house were on time, extremely courteous, and professional. We were impressed with their speedy work ethic and congenial nature. They were friendly but didn't waste much time chatting, you know. These guys were work-horses man, they powered through our thirteen windows with skill and speed. They were very conscientious about making sure all of the rotted wood under the old windows was cut out and fixed. They caulked down the windows very carefully, making sure not to leave any gaps. They cleaned up all the scraps, nails, and swept inside the house. I can't say a negative thing about Window World from start to finish.

Over the last couple of years we’ve paid Window World of Chattanooga over $15,000 to replace windows and doors in our home. Because of their reasonable prices, expert installation and great customer service we recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors. That’s known as customer loyalty stemming from an “ideal customer experience”. However, after our latest “F rated” ordeal, we are no longer loyal customers. In fact, if Angie’s List offered a lower rating than F we would use it. Now, instead of recommending them, we will share our “nightmare customer experience” with Angie’s List, our friends and neighbors. While planning an extensive remodeling of our master bathroom we decided to replace its 4’x5’ picture window with one of equal size. We chose an acrylic block window that would provide privacy while showcasing the new tile, frameless shower door and stone vanity top. To complement our other service providers’ excellent work, we ordered that custom built, $600 window from Window World of Chattanooga. That’s when our “nightmare” began. First of all, the installation date was changed four times. Each daily and hourly change was made after the appointment time had passed. Wasting our time didn’t seem to matter to the office manager who thought I was his “buddy” instead of his customer. Next the old window was replaced with one smaller than contracted. It was then trimmed it in a manner that can only be described as amateurish. The attached photos were made prior to the bathroom being professionally painted. They show the gaps around the under sized window as well as the terrible trim work of what was to be our “showcase window”. Throughout the ordeal the company’s owner (Eric Anderson) and his salesman were aware of the problems but ignored our calls. Instead the office manager told us Mr. Anderson found the undersized window and poor workmanship to be completely acceptable. Instead of resolving the situation by reordering a correctly sized window, we were given unfounded reasons as to why the window was too small and improperly installed. Finally the company told us the “only solution” they would provide was to cover up their mistake using exterior aluminum trim to wrap around an inside vinyl window frame in a manner that would create an “eye sore”. If anyone at Window World of Chattanooga had listened to our concerns and offered solutions instead of excuses, this situation may have had a different outcome. Instead, Mr. Anderson’s arrogance and inflexible attitude have created a problem that has only one solution --- find another service provider to install a properly sized, installed and trimmed window.

I contacted Window World for an estimate on replacement windows based on a co-worker's recommendation. The sales person returned my phone call quickly, and arranged to meet me while I was off from work for a few days working at the house. Unfortunately, the sales person showed up without a window for me to see, and I was given a quote on the replacement windows without any measuring. When I asked how he could quote such a low price, and quote a price without measuring, he provided me an answer and said he could go ahead and measure - which he did. Additionally, the sales person had his better half with him and she was waiting in the vehicle. I offered for her to come inside out of the cold, but he declined. I felt like he rushed through my estimate, especially given that he quoted me without measuring, since someone was waiting on him. After doing further research (BBB, online consumer complaint board, etc.), we decided NOT to use Window World

The sales rep explained that all of the windows could be replaced from the outside, so there would be very little mess inside and we did not have to take down our plantation shutters, which was a big relief given the difficulty of removing them. This would be a 2 1/2 to 3 day job. From the first day of installation to the last, Window World was in and out of our house for 3 months!!! Some of the windows were missing from the initial order. They installed the wrong windows in spots that had to be changed out. inside window trim was cracked and damaged. A metal wall hanging was knocked off the wall when an installer attempted to carry a double window up our flight of stairs by himself. The metal piece hit our hardwood floor taking a chunk of floor out in the process. The installer blamed the type of nail we had used to hang our piece (one that we walked past every day for several years). The sales rep could not be easily reached after installation began. We received a lot of excuses as to why our job was taking so long. In the end I tried to reach the owner to discuss issues... unbelievably the owners had not contacted us to discuss our job, even though they knew we were 11 weeks into a 3 day job. After I contacted them, the owner called my husband (they had both of our cell numbers), he spoke with her briefly and asked that she call me to discuss the issues, that I had had more contact with the installers. In the meantime I had also left her another message... she NEVER called back. Ultimately we ended up with the product we wanted (which several other companies in town carry, they all just carry these windows under different names or numbers). It just took more than 10x longer than promised with some damage to items in the house with no concern from the sales representative and the owners. I would think twice before using this company.

They were very thorough and respectful. They did it almost in the amount of time they said they would. The weather kind of came and thwarted them for a few hours. Overall, I'd rate it as a good experience. They were efficient and did the work fairly quickly. We were pleased with their work.

They were great....friendly, knowledgable, and affordable

My only complaint is that I got one estimate and then when I was ready to order the windows, they couldn't find it. I ended up paying more with a new estimate.

Very well. The guys showed up worked quietly all day and cleaned up after the work. They were very professional and polite.

Installing new windows in our home was major! First, we had 57 windows which included huge picture windows on the second level, custom-sized transom windows on the front, all the way to garage, and basement windows. George, our salesman, made double and triple sure that all measurements were correct and every attention to detail was considered and accurate. The installers were absolutely amazing and were out several times to verify and confirm all measurements in addition. Once the windows arrived and were installed, trim work, caulking, and clean-up was completed with pride to workmanship and customer satisfaction. Window World was an excellent team of people to work with from beginning to end. We give them an A+ rating and highly recommend this company.

The installation crew was great and did a wonderful job. Love the windows.

They seem to be very responsive and professional but I actually found a different product. Instead of going with a window, I ended up going with glass block. Their pricing was actually a little high.

It went very well. The representative come out and was very professional and efficient. They sent out two guys and replaced all windows in one day.

Process was adequate but estimate had additional costs that were required for purchase/installation

We used Window World and that was mainly because of price, we were satisfied with it. My experience with them was good. I had no complaints. Their salesperson was really not pushy but super helpful and I appreciated that. They were on time and did everything that they said they would. So far, the quality seem good. They were punctual. They left with the old windows and we wanted hang on to a couple of them and they had left and they turned around to bring them back when I called them. They went above and beyond on that.

The scope of the work was determined and Window World provided a quote. They did the work as quoted in a timely manner. Some minor issues were pointed out after the work and all the issues were fixed although it took 3 trips to get it right.
