This technician was the first of THREE to not perform the services I paid for on 03/07/2022. He came by the next day, advised me of the issue and stated he would be back in two days to fix the problem. He kept in constant contact with me for about a month, advising me that due to shipping delays the part had not arrived yet. Then he stopped answering my texts/calls. I had a male member of my family call him in April, for him to answer and state "Oh I thought someone came and fixed it already I will be by tomorrow". No one ever showed, and I called Angi, who rescheduled another tech to come. The 2nd tech never showed, and the third did the EXACT same thing this one did. It is now July and I STILL do not have air on the 2nd floor of my home (and I paid almost $700 in March). At this point I want a refund and will figure out how to get my HVAC serviced on my own.
