Corey & Joe were my techs. They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a lot of work. My home was built in 1964 and I had upstairs walls/tiles/bathtub removed and they put in a new tub and walls, also did downstairs removed walls and tub and replaced with new walls and a walk in shower. Job very professional and I love it. I would highly recommend Westshore Homes and especially Corey & Joe. Good Job guys. They deserve a nice BONUS.

They will work with you for every design and change you want to make to your home. Leo Bruno, our consultant was awesome as well. This was the second time we have worked with him, and it wonâ t be the last!

Awesome work and product

Great customer service, came to repair a gap in shelf caulking in my dad’s unit a year or more after installation, no charge. A bit pricey but the quality and service can’t be cheap.

Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up.

They told me it would be done in a day and it was.

I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

Both the sales rep and the installation team were professional and did a great job. The overall job from the sale to completion was excellent. I would definitely use them in the future should the need arise and the team of Josh, Nate and Mike did a great job.

My shower was a mess before they came in and fixed it. Now its gorgeous and useable in a way that it previously was not. Thank you west shore for the beautiful work!

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!

Superior workmanship. Easy to coordinate time. I have already hired him to do another job which he has accomplished in record time with excellent results and the tub had a hole in it which came out perfect!!!

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

Sales representative Tyler H. was super helpful in deciding our door. Great friendly conversations along with the installers Craig D. and Rob T. would love to do business with this company again. I would also reccomend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Wonderful company to deal with from beginning to end!

Excellent job removing the tub in two bathrooms and replacing with showers. Both done in 2.5 days. Quality work.

I made an appointment for the sales rep to visit me about a new exterior door installation (door and storm door). The sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me in detail. He took a picture of my house with the new doors to show me how the new doors would look when installed. I was very impressed. He explained pricing and financing. He was able to give me a discounted price due to his company promotion. The experience was awesome. As far as the installation is concerned, that was also awesome. Ralph and Billy were the two gentlemen who installed the doors. They were also very knowledgeable and professional. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the entire job. If I had any questions, they were able to answer me. The experience from beginning to end was amazing and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

They do a good job but they charge a lot of money

They did a great job on the installation of my new walk-in tub. They completed it in one day. They did leave a few marks on the walls but other then that, they did a great job. I would use them again for any projects.

They hard sell you. Buy now or offer goes away. They broke the main window and put blue painters tape on it, so we had to wait two more months looking at that. When we called to complain, they didn;t get back to my husband until after several calls. The lady who works in the office was rude to my husband on the phone. My husband called a few weeks later and, guess what, they forgot to even order the replacement window. On the day they were supposed to replace the window,(they called that morning) they only had one man scheduled to do the job, which takes at least 4 men. So, we had to wait yet another week . The only saving grace is that the two men they sent out(Aaron and Bill) were completely professional and the owner did reach out and give us a gift card. This was a 21 thousand dollar job. We should have been treated so much better. Additionally, we were having a kitchen remodeled during this time. We had called West Shore out because the kitchen window( a separate problem from the install) did not open. One of the repair team actually had the nerve to talk about the work our contractor was doing installing the French doors. Even asked why we didn't have West Shore do the door installation. Uh, maybe because their work had been substandard and wasn't close to being done or up to par. When the same guy returned for the large window replacement, he even commented about our contractor not being done with the kitchen. This was two months after they broke the original window and still hadn't finished their one day job. Lessons learned, I guess.

West Shore Home came to give estimate. Presentation was long and a bit over the top sales-y. However, we gave them a shot because we thought the quality of the window was good. Follow up was excellent and my project was actually scheduled earlier than originally quoted. When the crew arrived (Steve and team) it was like watching a well-oiled machine. They were so professional and so professional, I was very impressive. They replaced 15 windows in a day....it was amazing how much care they took to clean up, finishing the caulking and trim and more. They are pricey, there is no doubt about that. But I have done enough home remodel projects to know that you get what you pay for, and in terms of professionalism, workmanship and quality, West Shore Home is top notch. I would definitely use them again, and Steve and crew who did my install have put any other contractor/handyman to shame in terms of what I should now expect.
