Andrew J came to our home and gave us a quote. On the scheduled day, Shannon, Phil, and Nate K arrived at 8am and spent the day removing our bathtub and installing a shower. It is a very nice transformation. All these men were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend West Shore Home.

Grant, Mike A, Nate K, Preston T, Tyler G, Tyler M were sent to my home to replace the bath tubs. They were prompt, polite and courteous. As tidy as possible given they were removing ceramic tile.

They installed it in one day. Which was very convenient for me.

Shannan and Philip were our installers. They were friendly, professional and efficient with their time. Our shower looks better than we ever imagined!

This was actually a Master Bath remodel with wall with plumbing taken down and hot tub and shower removal. Corey and Mike were friendly and conscious of safety issues. They were willing to tell us what was happening and answered any questions. We felt comfortable with them in our home. Have made recommendations of West Shore to others in the past following a bath remodel last January. This was our second project and this was a spa tub removal, shower removal with installation of a larger shower and standard tub. Everything was picked up and cleaned each day. As with our first project no complaints and would have West Shore return again for another project when needed. Thank You Mike and Corey!

Tyler M. and Tyler G. did a fantastic job removing and replacing my shower. It simply looks amazing. They were true professionals from start to finish.

MY experience with West Shore Home was good. I am were very pleased with the sales representative who came to my home. Excellent job. Corey and Shane removed old whirlpool tub and replaced with a beautiful oversized shower. The project came out even better than I expected. Really lovely. Great job, guys!

Corey S and Ben G did a professional job. They installed the windows and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. Showed us how to use the windows. These were small basement windows. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows. Thank you for your time Corey and Ben.

Rick C and Sean C were very kind and courteous. Only took about 6 hrs. to install my AWESOME walk-in shower! Although they cleaned up, there was still dirt on the shower floor and on the bathroom floor. I would DEFINITELY recommend them !!

Tammy the consult professional who comes and does the planning was very pleasure and very knowledgeable about company and well as the products. The professional who comes and does the install was very professional, knowledgeable, cleans up and protective of the customers stuff, approachable, and fast/proficient. The price is steep, but worth it.

Our installers Josh and Devon did excellent work.they are very pleasant and easy to talk to.

It was the most horrible experience in my life. It took almost 3 weeks to partially finish it. They never finished the drywall. They took the money $15,000.00 before it was completed and one week to finish after they took the money and a call to their corporate headquarters. They damaged an electrical line and an electrician had to come and he had to pull the baseboard in the bedroom to fix it. We then had to fix the baseboard. I do not recommend them at all.

initial install was not up to my expectations, but Joey Kun came out and addressed my concerns and when he left I was very satisfied. He was a joy to work with and he was very professional . West shore is very fortunate to have Joey on their staff. He is the reason I will recommend West Shore.

Great product and very fast quality installation.

The installers didn't re-attach the sensor of my home security system to the new door. They told me I needed to do it myself with double-sided tape. At the time, I didn't think nothing of it, but after some thought, I realized if I am paying almost $8000.00 for this new door, then they should do the entire job themselves fully and completely without burdening me with this detail. I wished I would have thought of it at the time, or I would have told them so. Now, it looks like one of the pieces to the sensor is missing to where I cannot use the 2-sided tape to properly attach. Rod and Anthony were the installers.
